What is Reverie?
Reverie is an 18+ platform for AI companions and interactive stories. You can chat and roleplay with AI characters who remember your conversations, receive photos they send, and build a branching story together.
Do the AI companions remember our conversations?
Yes. Each companion keeps a running memory of what you've talked about and refers back to it, so the relationship builds over time instead of resetting every session.
Is chatting free?
Chatting is free. Credits are used for extras like unlocking the private photos a companion sends and generating story chapters. New accounts get a welcome credit bonus, and you get free daily credits.
How do photos work?
Companions send photos in chat and from their gallery. Some are free; others are blurred until you unlock them with credits, and once unlocked they're yours to keep. Photos are suggestive but tasteful and never explicit.
How much do credits cost?
Credits come in packs, and bigger packs cost less per credit. You only buy what you need — there's no subscription — and purchased credits never expire. See the Credits page for current pricing.
Can I create my own AI companion?
Yes. In Create you can design a companion's name, look, personality, and backstory, generate a portrait, and start chatting or writing stories with them. You can keep them private or publish them.
Can I invite friends for free credits?
Yes. Share your invite link from the Credits or Profile page — your friend gets bonus credits when they join, and you get bonus credits once they start chatting.
Is Reverie private?
Your conversations are private to your account. You must be 18 or older to use Reverie, and all companions are fictional and depicted as adults.
